PMAZ's chorale and orchestra came home from Australia to full houses and rave reviews at all three concerts. They performed "Saguaro," featuring Valley composer Craig Bohmler's "Saguaro Song," then joined four Australian groups for a sold-out "Southern Stars and Western Skies." Their next Moon Valley concert, "Heart of America," is Saturday, October 24 at 3:30 PM at All Saints Lutheran, with the world premiere of the Route 66 Suite by PMAZ's own Clark Drinkall.

Michelle Beaver, a Moon Valley neighbor, started the nonprofit News Literacy for Arizona and took it to Arizona PBS this month. Her free seminars run at schools, libraries, and community centers for anyone 13 and up, covering how algorithms shape your feed and how to tell an honest mistake from something spread to mislead. She does not tell anyone what to think, she hands them the tools and lets them make up their own minds.

Halloween Pop-Up and Trick or Treating on October 17, the Thanksgiving Pop-Up and Dinner Roll Giveaway on November 25, Christmas Pop-Up and Pics with Santa on December 12, then Winter on January 9, Valentine's on February 13, and Spring Fling on March 6.
